+ The only thing that was amazing was the location of hotel ,the city center, close to everything within walking distance , good breakfast , friendly staff who try to solve problems quickly
− The room was clean but the windows were not at all, we took 3 rooms, one room had no refrigerator and another room lacked a transparent curtain, there was a coffee set but no spoons, you had to constantly had to contact the hotel staff to complete the missing

Great facility, poorly trained staff!
+ Rooms were very comfortable and spacious. Location was good, easy access to different parts of the city.
− With the exception of Yusif, the staff was very unresponsive. Whenever you had a request it was like they were doing you a favor by doing what was requested. They were always on the phone watching something or talking instead of attending to the guest requests!

Overall, a good place to stay in Baku
+ The hotel was very clean. It is a new hotel and The location is excellent as we could walk down to Central town within five minutes also, the street in front of the hotel is one of the best place to walk in Baku Mr Korkmaz at reception was very helpful in giving services and he was very cooperative. Mr Abbas the owner was very kind and offered us coffee every day. He is very jolly person and always smiling.

Great experience! Would highly recommend.
+ Breakfast was very good! They make any type of eggs for you. Freshly made tea and coffee is available all day. Hotel is in the perfect location for the city close to everything you need within walking distance. Great for the price.
− When you enter the hotel there is no sign directing you where to go.
