+ We had a wonderful stay at City Seasons Hotel Muscat in Al Khuwair. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ The reception staff were extremely cooperative, responsive, and welcoming, and the service throughout our stay was excellent. The hotel is clean, spacious, and comfortable, making it a great choice for families. The family room was excellent—spacious, comfortable, and perfect for our family, and even the twin bedroom was great. We also appreciated the daily cleaning service and the high level of cleanliness throughout the hotel. The breakfast was varied and delicious, with plenty of options for everyone. 🍽️ One of the things we really appreciated was the convenient location. Many facilities and services are close by, including supermarkets, restaurants, pharmacies, and other essential amenities, making everything easily accessible. We also enjoyed having a Lebanese restaurant inside the hotel, serving delicious and authentic Lebanese dishes. The food was excellent and added another wonderful dining option to our stay. 🇱🇧❤️ A special thank you to Amira, the lovely waitress at Al Rousha Lebanese Restaurant, who was exceptionally helpful, friendly, attentive, and professional. Her warm and welcoming attitude made our dining experience even more enjoyable. 🌷 The surrounding area is well-organised, convenient, and comfortable, which made our stay even more enjoyable. My family and I truly enjoyed our stay. In fact, every member of the family wished we could extend our stay! ❤️ A special thank you to the wonderful hotel team for making our stay so enjoyable. + I stayed at City Seasons Muscat and found it to be a decent option for a stay in the city. The location is one of its strongest points, situated right in the middle of Muscat with easy access to nearby attractions, shopping, and dining options. The hotel also offers convenient underground parking. The rooms were comfortable and well-maintained, with pleasant ambient lighting that created a relaxing atmosphere. A highlight of the stay was the complimentary Genius breakfast. The breakfast lounge was spacious and offered a wide variety of choices, making for a great start to the day. However, the cleanliness of the bathrooms could be improved, as it did not fully meet expectations. While the overall stay was comfortable, attention to this area would enhance the guest experience considerably. Overall, a satisfactory stay with a great location and excellent breakfast, but with some room for improvement.
