A fantastic stay with excellent hospitality, friendly staff, delicious food, and a great location — highly recommended

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel and honestly, I loved everything about it. From the moment I arrived, I felt very welcomed. The hotel is clean, beautiful, well managed, and the staff are extremely friendly, kind, and professional.
I would especially like to mention Fikrat, who made my check-in very smooth and easy. I also want to thank the lovely lady working the morning shift at the reception, who kindly helped me when I needed medicine. She was incredibly helpful and caring. A special thank you as well to the night manager for his kindness and professionalism.
As someone who works in the hospitality industry, this is my career, so I naturally notice many details when I travel and stay in hotels. But honestly, I really enjoyed my experience here. The service, cleanliness, organization, and hospitality were all excellent.
The restaurants are very nice, the food is delicious, and the quality is fantastic. The breakfast was also excellent, with a great variety and very tasty food. The swimming pool is lovely as well.
The location is another great advantage , it is close to everything, and having a mall on the second floor is extremely convenient, especially for families and tourists.
I also want to mention the restaurant team, because they truly deserve recognition for their amazing hospitality and service. ❤️ (Rita your are the best ) (thanks to shadi for the beautiful Moroccan tea )
One thing I can say with confidence is: the staff are not only worthy of this beautiful hotel , this beautiful hotel is lucky to have such a fantastic team.
A big thank you to the management for creating such a wonderful team and for maintaining such a high standard.
I would definitely recommend this hotel to tourists, families, and anyone who wants to enjoy a comfortable stay, delicious food, great hospitality, and a convenient location

The only thing I would mention is that sometimes, when requesting something from the hotel, the waiting time can be a little long.
Also, when I had to change my room because the One-Bedroom Suite was not available, the new room was not fully prepared with the usual amenities. For example, there was no dental kit, razor, and some other basic bathroom amenities.
I believe this is something that could easily be improved, especially for a hotel of this standard. Apart from that, I was very happy with my stay and truly enjoyed the overall experience.
