Very Good
+ Wonderful location and very kind and responsive host.
− Couldn't have been cleaner, the sofa was covered in stains, towels were randomly thrown together and were torn/matted at edges. I ended up bringing two of my own towels. There mold in the restroom along the ceiling. Sheets and blankets were mismatched, I questions the cleanliness.

Exceptional
+ The location was truly excellent, and the building offered a wonderful view. The tall windows added a beautiful touch and brought in plenty of natural light. The room was around 15 square meters, which was suitable for a short stay. Overall, the host was very kind, flexible, and welcoming, which made the stay more pleasant.
− The only downside was that basic consumables like shampoo, bathroom amenities, and even small items such as salt and sugar were either missing or not provided in sufficient quantity.

+ The property is located in one of the best areas of the city, with everything within easy reach. It offered all the amenities I needed, including clean towels, an iron with an ironing board, and even an extra heater. The owner, Karo, is very kind and helpful. Highly recommended

Don’t recommend, there are better alternatives
+ The location is very nice. But for the same price better apartments/ budgetary hotels can be found in the city center
− First: I was contacted several days before the arrival by the representative of the apartment - called and texted and pressed to pay like “I ask for the last time if you will pay within 2 hours”, although I had at least one more day before free cancellation. So, it’s not true what is stated on booking.com that no prepayment is needed. Second: under the link to pay that I received the amount was ab. 12% higher than I booked on booking.com - it was explained by the host that it’s website fees. I could pay the same only in case of bank transfer, not card payment. Bed sheets, towels are very very old - used for decades probably. Bathroom facilities are as well not new at all. Elevators (there are multiple in the building) didn’t work for halt a day, so 13 floor by foot.
