Very Good
+ Po was a good and responsive host. Communication was clear, and when an issue came up, it was resolved the same day. The stay was convenient overall and the support from the host made the experience smooth.
− Nothing major to mention.

Was well priced, but needs to improve the comfort.
+ Great pool and gym. Good location.
− None of the taps, including the shower got very warm. The vanity didn’t drain properly. The mattress was really hard and could feel the springs.

Pleasant
+ The apartment is beautiful, bright, and equipped with everything you need. The location is a bit far from the center, but if you rent a motorbike, that's not a problem.
− Unfortunately, housekeeping isn't done daily; the room manager said it could be done once a week. A couple of times, I asked if the towels could be replaced, and was told it wasn't possible because they were out and I'd have to wait until the next day. I stayed for about two weeks. In previous hotels I've stayed in Pattaya for the same price, housekeeping was done daily.

Good but rooms need repair for the price paid as just over double compared to longer stays ( residences )
+ Location, having pool and gym , staff all friendly and helpful-
− Unfortunately had to move two times with my stay. Both due to aircon issues. First time unit leaks severely where below had suitcase and had to go to laundry for all belongings and lucky nothing was damaged. But took time and money to sort. Much of an inconvenient situation. Second room, aircon wasn’t cold enough so trouble to sleep as too hot. Shower not having holders or cupboard does missing too

Good value compare to the price.
+ Good location, great swimming pool.
− We booked 4 rooms, in one of them at AC was not working properly. Also, we needed to contact the host as we had bugs in one of them. They reacted immediately and the bugs disappeared.
