Hotel wasn’t bad, just very basic. Do a thorough research as you can get much better stuff, but also much worse

− The pre cooked food for breakfast was always cold, but was rectified later in our stay by cooking everything fresh to order.

Good stay
+ Room was spacious and comfortable. Gym was a decent size and had good equipment. Breakfast was good. Not too far from the beach.
− Only stayed for one night, the only thing I didn’t like was that there were so many mosquitos in the gym and the gym was not air conditioned.

+ The hotel is in a quiet location with good and friendly staff.
− The hotel is in a quiet location, but the windows are not very well insulated. The bathroom looks yellowed and is in need of renovation. There was mold on the tiles and in the shower cabin. The shower cabin door did not open fully, making it difficult to get out, and you would bump into the toilet bowl.

Great location, road noise is a bit much though
+ 10 min walk to beach and OTOP, and about 15 mins to Bangla and central mall.
− It is on a busy main road so you will hear constant road noise from about 7am to 3am with a small window of peace from idiots reviving their bike engines and tuktuks with loud music and exhausts.
