+ What I liked about Citrus Park Hotel: 1. The hotel is just a 2–3 minute walk from the beach, which is amazing. 2. The staff is extremely helpful and friendly. I received help and support whenever I had a question or needed anything. 3. I really appreciated the fact that the hotel is pet-friendly.

− What I didn’t like about Citrus Park Hotel: 1. The cleaning is quite superficial. The towels are changed and the trash is taken out, and the bed linen is changed once every two days, which is perfectly normal. However, more thorough cleaning doesn’t seem to be done — for example, vacuuming the room or properly cleaning the bathroom, shower, etc. 2. The breakfast has a very limited selection of food. We were expecting something much more traditionally Turkish. Each day, only about two dishes were added or changed, while the rest remained the same and were mostly European-style options. Maybe this is something that could be improved in the future. 3. There is no iron available or ironing service at the hotel. We actually had to go to the mall and buy an iron ourselves. At almost every hotel we’ve stayed at before, an iron was available upon request. This time we were on vacation, but if guests are staying for conferences, team-building events, or business meetings, office wear and suits often need to be ironed after being packed in luggage. After we were initially told that an iron was not available, we were later told to go to a room on the -1 floor and use the iron there. Unfortunately, the iron was broken and didn’t work.

+ Great location, hotel is just 200 meters from the nearest beach and promenade. Breakfast is ok, nothing fancy, but gets you going. Apartment is spacious with great balcony and comfortable bed. No complains about cleanness although cleaning techniques were quite unorthodox :-). Very good restaurant on site. I'd say one of the best comparing on those on the promenade or in the city centre.

− Hotel is in the desperate need of repair, as someone rightly mentioned in one of the previous reviews: "It is tired". Apartment was advertised as a "luxury one", however it lacked even basic things like glasses. Minor thing but quite annoying since nightly rate was on the upper end. Safe in the apartment was broken, non functional. I reported it twice to the reception, both times was assured that they will fix it but did nobody bothered to do anything. Moreover, the safes are not bolted to the wall, hence I would not really leave anything of the value in it.

Good stay

+ We would have preferred more choices of breakfast and juices, biscuits etc. The location was ideal and excellent 1-2 minute walking distance to the beach. Overall very nice and would highly recommend it

+ Hotel is just across the beach, not in front line but just behind. Sweet spot for peaceful stay , quiet and easy to access. Special thanks to Ismail , front desk manager, for his hospitality and help on any topic you may have We know him from the other hotel experience, he is even more professional now👏 We highly recommend this place.

Great potential and delicious food, but minor maintenance issues need attention

+ The hotel is located very close to the sea. There is a nice, small swimming pool on-site. The rooms have plenty of storage space, a good fridge with a proper freezer compartment, and the air conditioning works perfectly against the heat.The hotel restaurant serves delicious food at very reasonable prices. The staff is incredibly helpful, attentive, and welcoming.

− The internet connection in the room is slow and drops frequently. The breakfast is tasty but offers the same options every day. Upon check-in, we noticed that the floors had been cleaned in only one of the rooms. The shower head had a crack, causing water to spray in all directions. The hotel has great potential. However, the management seems to overlook minor issues that should be spotted and fixed by housekeepers and maintenance staff, rather than being discovered by guests.

+ The location is very convenient - just a few minutes' walk to the sea. There are plenty of cafes and restaurants nearby to suit every taste. I liked the room: it had a kitchen, a comfortable bed, and well-functioning air conditioning throughout. There's a small pool as well. The breakfast is not very varied, but it's worth the price.
