Very Pleasent

+ Located right within short distance to all amenities, it was easier for me to use a metro because it’s a 13mins walk to business bay metro station .. so it’s better for those without cars or the bus stop is as well 3 minutes walk away from the apartment, easy access to Dubai mall and Burj K..The apartment was so clean and elegant. Good for the price and best of all the great communication from the Citi home staff was very professional and great responses within a short time anytime . They helped us keep our luggage as we waited for the room to be ready . Very Informative.

− Basically as well all know Dubai is one of the fasted growing cities and that comes with a disadvantage that construction is the Order of the day . So sometimes a bit of noise from the construction site but can be minimised by closing out the doors

+ لم یعجبنی شیء بالعکس کابه بماتعنیه الکلمه الموجر مزعج وغیر احترافی وعادی یرسل لک فی اوقات النوم یقول لو ضیعت المفتاح تدفع 250 واذا ضیعت البطاقه تدفع 500 مع العلم انه ماسلمنی بطاقه ولما قلتلی سلامات وش هالتهدیدات قال هذی رساله عامه

− انصحک نصیحه اذا بتقبلها انحش من هالشقه مافی ای راحه جنبی برجین یبنون وشغالین 24ساعه ازعاج والارضیات قذره والکنبه اللی بالصاله متهالکه والفوطه اللی بالحمام متقطعه وواضح ان لها سنین ماتغیرت والسیب رایحته وانت طالع الصباح مقرفه تقییمی 0 من 10

great location, but I wouldn’t go there a second time

+ I liked the location, not far from Burj Khalifa

− when we entered the room, we were faced with the fact that there were a lot of broken dishes, the walls were somehow scratched, the view looked like a construction site, on the first day there were no sun loungers by the pool, we paid 700 dollars in 5 days

+ الشی الممیز الشاشه وتنوع المنصات فیها من شاهد و نتفلکس... وغیرها، اضافه لمواقف السیارات

− صغر المساحه الاجمالیه للشقه لا یوجد استقبال تحمل حقایبک بنفسک ازعاج من اعمال البناء بالخارج مکان الجلوس وسخ واضح جدا ع الکنب لم ینظف من فتره السریر غیر مریح الموقع بعید عن المترو.

okay stay with tweeks required

+ - location is great easy access to everything easily. - the neighbours are lovely - facilities -apartment is compact and great too - netflix/prime smart TV lovely for when you want to unwind -supermarket literally downstairs very convenient - water was provided and tea - towels and even dressing gown provided (although it was torn) - kitchen well equipped. -washing machine

− - I had to chase to instructions on how check in even on the day of arrival. I only received them 1 hours before I was due to arrive. - The check in process is smooth with Concierge but they provide a QR code for you to enter the building at night which didn't work for me. - the WiFi kept dropping - provided incorrect WiFi details and password on WhatsApp and when I raised this- they advised it's because I'm connected to next door's WiFi. after some self-help I finally found the out myself. -I paid an extra night as requested a refund as I was checking out earlier and this was refused. - I'd highly recommend to provide the main condiments - salt and pepper at the very least for the kitchen. - bigger bin liners currently too small and no extras were left..
