− A little out of the way. A 10 minute grab taxi/bike to the beach. But was a quiet area

+ The staff is definitely the stand out feature of the property, very friendly, very helpful.

− We were on the top floor and I’m always up for a stair climb, but we caught a cold in the second week and those stairs became my enemy! Still, the views from the top floor were good, so I’m happy we were on the top floor.

+ Location is somewhat distant from the loudness of patong, the staff are friendly.

− The room allows too much light in the morning, which disrupted my sleep.

− Bar is bad. They try to scam you out of money.

+ Everything complex. I came to just get rest and I no need to go out to find restaurants. The restaurant & Bar just right there. Food is impressed. Front Desk women are gentle and friendly, fast and managing properly.

− One Burmese kid had shouting and playing around the pool while I was taking a rest. Other bald Itlain looking guy came in the pool and the way he looked at me like I'm the mother. So it is inappropriate if your staff bringing their kids in the work place and mess the pool, shouting, and thing is Mother was doing nothing. Only kept chatting with her workmate. A front desk man in night shift need to learn how to ask a questions and when it has to be.

+ I have been in this hotel 3 months! Everything super good! I will be back next year! Special thanks to the owner and the manager, to all the reception guys and to the cleaning girls…top team!

pretty basic, but I would stay again

+ This property was just OK, but still good value for your money very reasonable Was able to rent a scooter from Hotel there are a few bars and restaurants close to the hotel but probably a 20 minute walk to downtown

− Had to move rooms to find air-conditioning that worked,with safe and windows that would close no elevator, but they did help you with your luggage up to your room
