− The Air Condition was not enough cooling ..But it was okey .They didn't put the Dental kit in the Room , and after I had to ask , It's named star Hotel and please take care small things like this . The rest are very good

Amazing value for money
+ Great staff, spacious room and the spa facilities were quiet and welcoming. Swimming pool was small but perfect for our toddler.
− Location is on a fairly busy road and not in the best area.

+ Good location - close to main attractions. The room was clean. Overall, I think it was good price for what you get.
− Even though the location is close to main attractions, the neighborhood is poor and shady. You need to hike to the bus or metro stops (it’s very steep), so you need good stamina and shoes. The breakfast is okay but the choice is very limited. It’s literally just eggs, some vegetables, bread. Don’t expect a huge buffet. Note that there’s a mosque nearby that starts prayers every day at 5 a.m. so if you’re a light sleeper, it might wake you up.

Excellent staff on the reception but in other areas need improvement.
+ Excellent gym. Cleanliness. Staff on the reception especially Ahmed was exceptional.
− Telephone line in the room we stayed did not work for the whole 3 day trip which meant I had to go and visit the reception physically each time I needed something. The shuttle service to Taksim square is no more which is quite sad as it’s extremely uphill walk from hotel and really tests your fitness. The breakfast was pretty average. Some basic English language skills for the staff in the restaurant/breakfast area would really help non Turkish speaking guests. They messed up my omelette every time.

Enjoyable stay
+ Great location and very friendly, helpful staff. The room was clean and spacious. We also enjoyed a very professional and relaxing massage at the spa. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would happily recommend this hotel.
