آپارتمان Charming Stay Steps from Republic Square by Domel Yerevan

I enjoyed my stay in this apartment.

+ it was in the heart of the city and we could go every where in the city by walking. except mall for shopping. there was a 24 hr supermarket. and it was great for my stay.

− the building was old but the apartment was renovated. the facilities for cooking was not enough for 6 guests and toilets was a bit small and the water supply was unpleasant.

Apartamenti pašā pilsētas centrā.

+ Apartamenti atrodas ļoti izdevīgā lokācijā pilsētas centrā- daudzstāvu mājas 11.stāvā ar skatu pāri pilsētai. Dzīvokis ērts, ar visu nepieciešamo. Ir balkons, 2 atsevišķas guļamistabas un viesistaba kopā ar virtuves zonu. Dzīvojamās ēkas pirmajā stāvā ir veikals, kas strādā 24/7. Turpat ir arī valūtas maiņas punkts. Viss ērti un izstaigājams- daudzi apskates objekti pastaigas attālumā. Ērta iečekošanās- atslēga bija atstāta kastītē. Mēs ieradāmies naktī, tāpēc tas bija ļoti labi. No rīta gājām uz biroju samaksāt- viss bez steigas, lieliski. Noteikti iesaku.

− Tā kā tas ir pilsētas centrs, tad apkārtne ir ļoti trokšņaina- arī naktī. Braukšanas troksnis traucē, tāpēc logus naktī turēt vaļā nevar. Labi, ka te ir 11.stāvs, apakšējos stāvos tas troksnis droši vien vispār nav izturams- pīpināšana utt. Bija tikai 2 tualetes papīra ruļļi- uz 8 dienām 4 cilvēkiem, bet, kad par to aizrakstīju, tad situācija tika atrisināta. Viesistabas dīvains izsēdēts un ļoti neērts. Jāsaprot, ka māja celta padomju laikos, lifti izskatās neuzticami, trepju telpas neremontētas, bet dzīvoklī viss ir OK.

+ The apartment was clean and the location is good.

− A very old building, entrance and elevator. The apartment is incredibly noisy from the roads. My children and I literally couldn't get any rest or sleep before our flight. It felt like we were sleeping in the middle of the street, right on the road. The air conditioning is only in the living room, so in the summer you can't close the other doors.

+ Location is amazing! Close to everything. Comfortable apartment.

− Entrance looks scary. Got stuck in one of the elevators once (the old one). Some little details had to be fixed in the apartment but everything was organized and fixed quickly. During 3 weeks stay we were offered 1 complimentary cleaning but couldn’t use it since the cleaning stuff was busy.

− Unfortunately, I had a disappointing stay overall. One of the bedrooms has a very unusual layout, and the mattresses in both bedrooms were extremely uncomfortable—I could clearly feel the springs. The bedrooms also do not have air conditioning, which made the apartment quite hot during the summer. The biggest issue was the noise. The apartment faces a busy street, and the traffic noise was unbearable with the windows open and still very noticeable with the windows closed. As a result, I had a very poor night’s sleep. The shower temperature frequently fluctuated between hot and cold. The shower area is also not properly separated from the rest of the bathroom, so water spreads across the floor and leaves the area around the sink and toilet wet after every shower. There were also several inconveniences: online payment is not available, guests must either pay in cash or go to the office to pay by card, and no trash bags were provided despite guests being asked to dispose of their own garbage. Some of the listing photos did not appear to match the apartment I was assigned. While the staff seemed friendly, the management felt disorganized at times—for example, I was initially told that the key I left in their designated locker could not be found, only to be told shortly afterward that it had been located. Overall, the apartment did not meet my expectations, and the negative aspects outweighed the positives. The lack of comfort, excessive noise, misleading listing photos, inconvenient payment process, and several maintenance and design issues made for a disappointing experience.

− Le matelas très inconfortable, on dort sur les ressorts Le manque de rideaux opaques Les canapés sont hors d'usage Le fait que sur le descriptif il y ait noté canapé lit alors qu'il ne fait pas lit ce qui oblige a prendre un lit d'appoint Le manque d'insonorisation de la rue

− Минусов нет, мб цену бы пониже)

+ Местоположение - просто супер. 5 -7 минут до всех достопримечательностей: Площади Республики, Театра оперы и балета, Голубой мечети

− Заменить диван в гостинной: на нем невозможно сидеть без ущерба для здоровья (и тем более, невозможно спать). Вариант позиционируется для размещения до 6 человек. По факту в нем 2 двухспальные кровати и этот непригодный для жизни диван. Укомплектовать кухню СВЧ. Отремонтировать газовую плиту (проблемы с поджигом, при приготовлении пищи пахнет газом).

+ The apartment was clean, cozy and comfortable. Located in the city center, close to the main sightseeings and you can easily find supermarkets, restaurants and whatever you need nearby. The host was also very polite and helpful. Recommended for sure!

− The only downside was the noise at night because of the busy streets around, but if you want to stay in the city center in Yerevan, it'll be hard to find a quiet place in general :D

Soggiorno a Yerevan

+ Appartamento in posizione strategica per raggiungere le attrazioni principali, servono pochi minuti e si passeggia tranquillamente per le vie. Dotato di tutti i comfort compresa la lavatrice, stoviglie e forno a microonde. Sotto il palazzo si trova un supermarket fornito di tutto aperto 2h con all'interno il cambio. Ottima scelta. L'assistenza di Mariana è stata fondamentale. Sempre presente ad ogni richiesta.

− Il palazzo è un po' vecchio, ma poi quando si entra in appartamento è tutta un'altra situazione. Andrebbero messe solo un paio di tende oscuranti nella camera.
