+ Hotel location is great, any public transportation is very close. Hotel didn't have breakfast. But there are a lot of places around for food. Staff was very good and responsive.

Excellent
+ I stayed here for 5 nights with my wife and our 7-year-old son, and we had a wonderful stay. The location is perfect, directly opposite Sirkeci Marmaray Station and very centrally located, making it easy to get around Istanbul. The rooms are very clean, the beds are comfortable, and the shower is excellent. We also really appreciated the complimentary water: there were 10 bottles waiting for us in the minibar, and whenever we needed more, the staff happily provided them. The staff are extremely friendly, helpful, and customer-focused, and the service throughout our stay was excellent. We have visited Istanbul many times, but this has definitely become one of our favorite hotels in the city. We would happily stay here again and look forward to coming back!

− Room was very tiny but adequate for short stay & if you are out most of the day. We only needed it for sleeping.

Comfy hotel with friendly staff.
+ I was delighted by the welcoming staff and soft, comfy bed. I got a bigger room. What a nice surprise. The room had bottled water and an electric kettle to make tea.

+ Such a lovely place! Location couldn't be better, very clean, staff very friendly! I've been in many hotels in Istanbul, but this one is a level up ❤️ A room a little bit small, but all you need is a comfortable bed for a good night sleep for all the walking in this amazing city!
