A boutique hotel that retains a lot of charm

+ The staff were super-friendly and made us feel relaxed and very welcome. They also organised a trip for us into the countryside at short notice. The hotel was comfortable and fine for our short stay. We ate there and liked the selections of salads and other menu items. It is located away from the town with great views towards the sea. It was also quite quiet during our stay which suited us. The gardens are also very nice.

− As it is away from the city centre you cannot really walk anywhere or visit the town. As it has retained its old character, we did not have a window in our room, so no view over the gardens, and could be a problem if you suffer from claustrophobia.

Beautiful hotel from the outside, but very disappointing due to poor maintenance and malfunctioning facilities.

+ We liked the location, the friendly staff and the comfortable bed.

− We booked this hotel because we really liked the beautiful historic building and because of the positive reviews on Booking.com. Unfortunately, our own experience was disappointing. Upon arrival, we were given a room that did not meet our expectations, especially in terms of cleanliness and maintenance. There were stains on the bed and furniture, and the toilet door handle was loose. After reporting this, we were offered another room, which was better in terms of cleanliness. However, that same evening, while using the jacuzzi and taking a shower, we suddenly had no hot water. In our opinion, hot water is a basic necessity that should always be available in a hotel. We reported this to the reception and were told that the hotel’s hot water system had been overloaded. Regardless of the reason, we were left without hot water in the middle of the evening, which really affected our experience. The staff offered us a fruit platter as compensation, which we appreciated, but of course this did not solve the actual problem. The hot water only returned approximately two hours later. In addition, the jacuzzi in this second room did not function properly either. We therefore (and because of no hot water) tried to cancel our stay for the following night, but according to the staff this was not possible because we had already paid through Booking.com. The next morning, we were given the option to move rooms again. We accepted, and fortunately the jacuzzi in the third room worked properly. However, once again there was another maintenance issue: the rain shower was only partially functioning. Overall, the historic building itself is really beautiful and the bed was comfortable, but unfortunately the rooms appear to suffer from significant overdue maintenance. During a hotel stay, guests should not have to move rooms multiple times just to have basic facilities functioning properly.

+ الفندق جمیل ویستحق التجربه خاصه للعرسان الجدد یتمیز بموقع قریب من المیدان تقریبا 2 کیلومتر انصح بوجود سیاره عند السکن فالفندق الغرف واسعه وشرحه النظافه عالیه الافطار جید مقارنه بافطارهم قبل 3 سنوات کان ممتاز

− بعض المرافق تحتاج الى صیانه خاصه الارضیات الخشبیه والاصوات التی تصدر منها اثناء المشی تنوع الافطار بشکل اکثر وخاصه طبق المهلامه الترکیه یجب ان یکون طبق رییسی ولیس عند الطلب

+ الفندق جمیل یحتوی على غرف معدوده عباره عن دورین انصح بالسکن فالغرف 104 ال 105 واذا کنت فالدور الثانی نفس الارقام 204 و 205 اطلالتهم جمیله

− صوت الارضیات وبعض غرف الکوین تحتاج الى اضافه شطاف فی دوره المیاه

− السقف فیه مرایا جمیله ولکن کانت متعطله ومفتوحه نور الشمس یدخل الغرفه بشکل مزعج مکان الشاور الدش غیر مناسب

+ من اجمل الفنادق فی طرابزون مختلفف تماماً عن الفنادق المعتاده بکل زاویه تفاصیل جمیله حبیت المنتجات کلها من لوکستیان وریحه المکان تفتح النفس الفطور عادی الصراحه بس الکفته عندهم خرافیه الذ شیء اکلته عندهم والموظفین جداً متعاونین یعطیهم العافیه ❣️
