Convenient comfortable hotel overlooking a park
+ Comfortable spacious rooms with air conditioning. Good breakfast. Nice location next to a park and it is walkable to the museums. The hotel restaurant is very popular and good for dinner.

Very good location hotel
+ Location is perfect, very closed to metro station and surrounding by green park. New hotel, spacious room and very clean Breakfast with local meals, a lot of fresh fruit and vegetables.
− We ordered the double bed with confirmation from hotel staff but when check-in we got twin bed, the receptionist promised will set-up double bed for next day, but nothing changed. The water in bathroom is very weak.

Well located and clean
+ The location is right near a metro station and a bus link to the airport (number 67). You can easily walk to many tourist attractions, if it’s not too hot! The hotel is clean and all amenities are provided. Water bottles are replenished daily. Room was very spacious and clean. Showers are hot and plenty of toilet roll is provided!!
− When checking out there was an issue with the card machine not accepting visa. They tell you to get cash out but the machine charges you to do that so we refused. They used the restaurant card machine to take payment. The gym had no aircon so was really warm n stuffy. You need to give an hour notice to use the spa facilities, which isn’t ideal as a tourist! The breakfast was really good if you go when it opens but chilled items (like yoghurt) are left open and not chilled for breakfast duration.

Great location, bit comfy rooms
+ Location was great, right by the metro too so very convenient. Rooms massive and bed very comfy. Air con works great also.
− Staff were friendly enough and polite, but not too chatty and quite awkward and very young, maybe just confidence. Indoor pool was freezing and steam room broken. Room had lot of mini issues, a tap not working, shower leaking etc but nothing major.

− Absolutely no flexibility over the 14:00 check-in time. Guests often seemed to be a general inconvenience to the reception staff.
