Simple and yet a joyous birthday celebration
+ The staff were very accomodating, especially the concierge and Thai Kitchen staff. They were very attentive to us. Our room was spacious and had all we needed in an apartment-hotel room. My daughter had her friends over until late night to celebrate her birthday and our room had more than enough space for them to play games, dance and whatever. She had a blast. Overall, a good value for money.

A wonderful stay with a clean, quiet room, a convenient location, and friendly, professional staff.
+ I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The room was clean, quiet, and comfortable, providing a peaceful environment to relax. The location was excellent, with plenty of restaurants, shops, and other places nearby. The staff were very friendly, respectful, and welcoming, which made my stay even more pleasant.

+ The egg maker in the restaurant was very friendly and helpful.
− The hotel in general looks like 4 Stars rather than 5. The African receptionist rejected any extension of check-out time after 2.00 pm even though the hotel wasn’t fully booked the next day.

We enjoyed our stay. A great place for staycation for family.
+ Spacious and clean rooms. Attentive and approachable staff. Great breakfast, with a lot of choices that suits my family’s food preferences.

Overall was pleasant but would choose a different spot next time for the price
+ We loved it when we upgraded, room was spacious. Loved that they made an extra effort to celebrate my partners birthday. Breakfast was great. Good options. Gym was great- big and good machines.
− The deluxe room was cramped and terrible view of junk yard below. Had to ask to upgrade which we were charged double.. I had to call back to question them then they told me they charged us wrong.. keys stopped working in the morning even though we had late checkout. Electricity went out. Reception staff were cold and not friendly. Pool looked small and too many children. Not adult friendly.

The staff make the stay worth all the little inconveniences that arise. From the bellmen to the people at check in, room
+ Everything Breakfast is good especially the pancakes 🥞 and there is a lot of variety.
− Showers tend to spray all over the whole bathroom floor. We have to ask for several rubber non slip mats to put all over the floor and extra cotton bath mats. There should have been either a shower curtain or glass doors; the rain shower is next to it so you can imagine if two people are showering at the same time. Water doesn’t drain fast enough but the water pressure is great and lots of hot water in the winter months (I’ve stayed several times).

Exceptional hospitality
+ The staff are very welcoming and nice. Everyone was generous and helpful. The location is great and it’s a short drive to all the attractions. The hotel is kid- friendly.
− The air conditioner is noisy and some of the extra blankets are not in good condition.

I’m always very comfortable here and the staff is excellent and attentive.
+ Property is conveniently located in West Bay. Close to City Center and many other attractions. Easy to access the rest of Doha via uber.
− I’ve stayed here several times and the noticeable difference is because of the war in the Middle East. Much revenue was lost because of the war so certain cut backs were noticeable as all of the hotels are trying to recover their losses. Nothing extreme but noticeable decrease in certain amenities. Hopefully, there will be better days ahead.
