+ Location
− We booked a family suite but were given a family room. We raised this immediately with staff. The description on bookings.com did not match what we were given. The bedding configuration we received was a family room not a family suite. Obviously the family suite costs more than the family room so we are frustrated that we were not compensated. The staff said that they will raise this with the manager the following day but no one spoke to us. We were also disappointed with housekeeping. We had to constantly was for toilet paper to be restocked and to provide us adequate bath towels. We kept on getting 3 towels when we are a family of 4. Breakfast was average. Overall we left disappointed.
