Worst experience

+ The only 2 good things were the location and view from the terrace

− When we arrived the apartment wasn't clean and prepared plus the host wasn't welcoming one lady was cleaning the in a very inappropriate way using same cloth for washroom and bedrooms..the flat smelled bad bedsheets and pillow covers weren't clean and the curtains were torn off at places which couldn't stop the sunlight resulting in sleep disturbance. There was no hot water in the shower when we contacted the host they gave us different answers first they wanted us to fix it ourselves and then when we insisted for assistance they said its late and we couldn't come so we eventually fixed it ourselves. To add to the bad experience there was electricity shutdown twice and when we contacted the host she said ok we will pay the bill..and then after sometime it was restored. We are extremely disappointed and this is our worst experience in staying at any property through booking.com The photos don't do justice to the actual condition of property as it is poorly maintained

+ È stata la parte migliore del nostro viaggio a Baku. La posizione è ottima, vicina alla metropolitana e alle attrazioni turistiche. Ci sono ottimi ristoranti nelle vicinanze. I letti sono molto comodi. Internet funziona benissimo. La smart TV funziona perfettamente. Ci tornerò sicuramente.

+ very nice location. there is a 24 hour market under the building. our flight was delayed at night. but the staff waited for us. the house is as in the photos. it has a beautiful view of the sea. the kitchen has everything you need. the house is clean and reliable

+ Очень красиво, великолепный вид. Дом очень большой и комфортабельный. Чистая квартира. Интернет работает отлично. В здании круглосуточная охрана. Под зданием находится большой круглосуточный магазин. Мы чувствовали себя как дома.

Evin sadece konumu ve terası güzel. Fazla beklentiye girmek üzer.

+ Gezilecek bir çok yere yürüme mesafesindeydi. Evin terasının manzarası gece ayrı gündüz ayrı güzeldi. Evin hemen altında büyük bir market vardı.

− Tuvaletler güzel temizlenmemişti. Yeteri kadar tuvalet kağıdı bırakılmamıştı. Sabunlar çok kalitesizdi. Çarşaflar lekeliydi. Asansör hiç güven vermiyordu(ev 18. Katta. Hatta bir gün sabah bozuktu, yürüyerek inmek zorunda kaldık.)

+ Бронировалась другая кварита, больше и удобнее, арендодатель отказался предоставить забронированное жилье уже после нашего прилёта в Баку поздно вечером. Предложил ту квартиру, в которой мы были вынуждены остановиться. Вечер, чужая страна, чужой город, нам под 70 лет, чемоданы... Как оказалось по приезду, квартира на 4-м этаже, правда, встречающий помог поднять вещи. Вобщем, каждый день спускаться/подниматься на 4-й этаж мы не подписывались..

+ Нас поселили в другую квартиру без предупреждения о замене. Ту что на фото мы так и не увидели, не знаю существует ли она вообще. Там где мы в итоге жили были постоянные проблемы с сантехникой и горячей водой, в душевой черная плесень из-за чего пользоваться ею не решились. Из плюсов - квартира большая, светлая, расположена удачно. Относительно новый дом, чистый подъезд с охраной, большой балкон с видом на город и море вдали.
