+ The views from the balcony
− The reception staff were not friendly. Our room 507 family room did not have hot water so had to take cold showers. And the main bathroom floor flooded after taking a shower creating a slipping hazard, see photos. When i approached reception a number of times about the 2 issues i was told they would be fixed. 3 days later they attempted to fix leaking shower floor and still no hot water. I approached reception again to be told to speak with Hasan the owner. Hasan said i should have left his hotel after the first night if i wasn't happy. I told him i would have if i knew the issues we're not going to be fixed as promised by reception staff in a timely matter. He was rude and arrogant. After showing him the photos of the issues and that i will be leaving a review he reimbursed us for 1 night less commissions. We have never experienced bad customer service like this before. Very dissapointing for a hotel in Bodrum.

− The receptionist was very rude, and the same employee was also rude upon my departure from the hotel. The only other employee present was a guest the following evening, who was excellent and extremely helpful.

It’s 3 star so lower your standards
+ Mehmet by the pool was super friendly and good value guy to speak to and view from room and pool was amazing but we had lots of issues here. On twos separate nights there were some guys screaming and slamming doors whole night and on one night there was full blown domestic violence issue next room to us yet hotel didn’t do anything. We didn’t sleep on 2 nights here out of 4.
− I could have overcome the noise issue but main problem I have is the sleaziness reception guys showed towards my girl friend. They always checked her out and on one occasion 4 of them stood 2 meters away from us whilst we waited taxi and perved/spoke about her in Turkish. When I gave them angry stare one of the guys took others inside. This is vile behaviour and made my gf feel uncomfortable.

+ Seems to of been refurbished and felt alot better than the photos looked! Ali Babba was amazing and showed us the best turkish delight and juicy kebabs! We will be back this summer for sure,thankyou babba!
