+ Great location, staff are lovely, room was comfortable, though the bathroom in particular the taps were not very clean.
− With the breakfast there was no coffee or tea and this was at additional cost which seemed a little strange.

− The hotel is located next to a restaurant and I asked to change my room to have a quieter space. The room was quickly changed and I was happy with the result.

İt was okay but not great the staff was nice
+ Staying in old town is good but look for a better hotel
− I reserved a deluxe triple room. It looked spacious in the pictures, but they gave me a tiny room where we could barely move around. It looked completely different from the pictures. There is no heating in the bathroom, and when you turn on the hot water, it takes a long time to run. Parking is very difficult in the old town. Breakfast is very limited

You get what you pay for
+ Great location if you want to be in old town. Close to harbor and park. Room "for 4" is decent size and I liked the wood decor. Breakfast at the restaurant was nice.
− Everything is in disrepair and the light and noise from the street is quite overbearing. There is no common area.

+ The location was fantastic...in the heart of Old town. The hotel look and feel was also very quaint and nice. The food at the Cafe downstairs was very yumm.
− No lift. And no helpers either. So lugging our luggage to the first floor was a challenge. Our room was not cleaned / made up for the second day. When asked the front desk guy cooly replied that the cleaning person may have been on leave. He wasn't even aware. We were quite shocked.
