+ Really nice hotel, but be very careful about which room you are actually assigned. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay at Carat Hotel. The hotel is modern, stylish, very clean, and beautifully maintained. The breakfast was delicious, the pool was a great bonus, and the staff were generally friendly and helpful. The hotel has a really nice atmosphere and is in a convenient location for exploring Yerevan. Our one major issue was with the rooms. We booked three identical rooms, expecting them to be comparable, but they were absolutely not. One of the rooms was essentially in the basement, with a very low ceiling and a bed that was barely large enough for one person. The other rooms had substantially larger beds—one king and one queen. When we raised the issue, we were told that all three rooms were the same “class.” I understand that they may technically fall under the same room category, but from a guest's perspective, a room with a king-size bed and a basement room with a bed barely bigger than a single are simply not equivalent. Aside from this issue, we genuinely liked the hotel and would stay again. Just make sure you clarify the exact room location, ceiling height, and bed size when booking. The hotel is excellent; the room-category description could be much more transparent.

+ The view was incredible and the pool area was really nice. Close to the centre of town just at the top of the stairs

− Be careful in the steam room, the steam jet is in a really bad spot and can scald the back of your leg very easily

Мне понравилось абсолютно всё.Персонал очень доброжелательный,внимательный и всегда готов помочь,благодаря чему с первых минут чувствуешь себя желанным гостем. Сам отель очень красивый, уютный и стильный. Отдельно хочу отметить невероятно удобные матрасы и подушки-я давно не спала так комфортно. После насыщенных дней это было настоящим удовольствием. Спа-зона тоже великолепная:чистая, приятная и отлично подходит для отдыха и восстановления. Благодаря этому отелю мне впервые за долгое время удалось не просто остановиться в поездке, а по-настоящему отдохнуть,расслабиться и восстановить силы. Огромное спасибо всей команде за прекрасный сервис и атмосферу! Обязательно вернусь снова!

Beautiful hotel with great service

+ Great value for money. You get pretty central location, with breakfast pool and small spa included. The restaurant on the 6th floor is quite an experience. Really appreciate overall quality of service.

− The food choices at breakfast were a little bit weird (pasta, rice). And generally breakfast could be improved. While location is great, to get to the center you’ll need to have strong calves 😁

− The only things it was about the room . Actually I will recommend the people who want to book the room please just try to take the room with windows.my room it was without it and I had to carry on otherwise I wouldn’t saty on that .
