Very good ratio price/quality
+ Very well positioned in Kos town, ten minutes walk from the port and the old town, but in a calm area. Staff is nice and available h24 if needed All room (I think) have a balcony, that is definetly a plus.
− The only improvement could be to make the rooms’ doors more silent, prople forget they are not alone and the noise of the doors clapping when they are back at might/early morning is a bit annoying. Not hotel’s fault however…rather just disrespect of people

+ Price, location, pool and friendly staff.
− Room smelled a bit weird, possibly because of the A/C. The view at the back of the hotel was not very nice. We tried to avoid the balcony as much as possible. Book a front facing room if possible.

Excellent location, lovely hotel, wonderful staff
+ The staff were so kind and helpful ! The location was excellent. Walking distance to all in Kos town. Hotel was extremely clean. The staff were the nicest we have dealt with on holidays.
− It was a little old fashioned but it didn’t bother us at all.

Kos Town with pool
+ I visit Kos regularly, but this was a great find. It is in town but you can walk to lambi beach in 10 minutes. They have a lovely pool shared with an apartment block next door. Centre (almost) of Kos town. Brilliant.

Great location and staff
+ The staff was the best of this place. Always ready to help :)! And the location is amazing, you are close to all the town bars and attractions.
− The beds are a bit harder, but in general the place it is ok.

+ The location is amazing, the hotel is very clean, the staff is very friendly. The cost-benefit is wonderful, I really recommend it.

A lovely hotel in a quiet street very close to everything and the staff were fantastic!
+ Central location, basic facilities, lovely staff- exactly what we needed for our short stay👍
− Some of the room and shower fittings were a bit tired and in need of attention but nothing to spoil our stay.

Lovely hotel, Super friendly and helpful staff, perfect location and value for money
+ Perfect location to the beach and old town, the breakfast was more than enough, good options for food. Super friendly and lovely staff, can’t fault them, helped us book taxis and extend our stay, they also managed to get a cake sorted for my girlfriend during our stay to give to her. Pool is a great size and in the sun from early afternoon.
− Sound proofing was poor, could hear everyone outside the room easily and other room neighbours. Only complaint.
