A good walk from the city centre

The hotel was in a quiet area and there was always someone on duty at the front desk which helped to make the stay feel more secure. The room was cleaned on request to a good standard with toiletries replenished. On a clear day it was possible to see the top of Mount Ararat. Credit card payment went through ok. There's a nice cafe in nearby Lovers' park

A bedside lamp would have been good and also a towel rail in the bathroom would have been handy rather than hanging towels on the door. The hotel is a good distance out. For a brisk walker the hotel is about 20/25 minutes walk to France Square where it is possible to catch the airport bus.

Great value in Yerevan

The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. Great view from the balcony. The pool was very small but clean and refreshing.

My room was just around the corner from reception so I could hear the phone ringing and people walking through. Overhead shower was slightly broken and leaking from one corner.

Very kind people who help you a lot

My stay in Capital Hotel was delight, which has most to do with the very friendly personnel. They arranged a taxi driver to get me from the airport to the hotel in the middle of the night after my arrival, helped me with getting my bearings in Yerevan and arranged transport and all kinds of other stuff and even helped me when I needed a last minute extra night stay after a very bad experience at Casa Emilio hostel (don't go there, the owner is an absolute jerk!). The pool is a nice bonus as well. Highly recommended!

Relaxing and comfortable hotel, great location

Quiet, clean, comfortable, and relaxing hotel. Fantastic view of the canyon, the river, and the very top of the mountain Ararat from the windows and balcony. A/C works fine. Friendly and helpful staff. My request for room service not every day, but once every three days was accommodated. Refrigerator and kettle in the room made it easy to make my own breakfast. A walk to the metro station is short, with two grocery stores and several cafes on the way.

Would be nice to have a divider/ curtain between the shower and the toilet, a rubber mat in the shower, a towel mat, and a shelf above the sink. A better arrangement for kettle is needed- a longer cord or another plug, so boiling water won’t be close to the computer’s place on the desk. Internet doesn’t work good. A restaurant down in the canyon can be loud in the evening but it is quiet late at night.

Clean, comfortable, practical, good value for money and well located.

The room was spacious and comfortable. The staff were helpful.

The bathroom needed a shower curtain as the water just spilt out onto the floor making moving around the bathroom very hazardous, a number of times I almost slipped over on the concrete. Also the shower often continued to run more than a little after it was turned off.

Good value for money

The lobby was nice and the staff were really helpful.

The shower constantly oscillated between boiling hot and freezing cold and had no shower walls so flooded the whole bathroom. The walls in the room were also covered in markings. Lastly, it was very loud outside with lots of dogs in the area barking very late at night.

Good service, tasty meal, near from public transport stations, comfortable room. Booked without issues. Price as described, no hidden fees.

In my winder stay there was ice on tall stairs steps on entrance which remains in place more than 1 day. There also Icicles were on top of entrance corridor over the head. It is very dangerous: the guest could fall from stairs and broke limbs or got more damage, the Icicles could fall to head and make serious damage. You must take seriously care of ice cleaning in winter period all the time.
