will go there again
+ Good breakfast, good location with great view of the resort and excellent friendly staff
− pool opening hours and pool light could stay for longer into the night with maybe some live music now and then. The spa resort should be included free for people staying for a week or more

Excellent
+ Great location - 5 mins from everything but quiet at night. 7/11 across the road. I almost didn’t stay in Patong thinking it would be too loud or low quality but I’m so glad I stayed here! Staff are so cute and helpful. The restaurant/pool bar is so cheap and the food is beautiful. Hot shower / clean room / extra care and attention staff. This is hotel number 7 and it’s been better than 5 star hotels I’ve stayed at in Thailand. Great value. I would stay again.

Excellent
+ The hotel was superb, big room, very nicely decorated, modern, nice TV, clean bathroom. The pool was lovely, the restaurant and bar at he pool were also affordable, as was the minibar. The location is good, there is a market nearby and all the popular beaches are close. The staff was lovely.
− One problem was the Wi-Fi, on some nights we even had to make a Hotspot from my phone for the TV to be able to watch Netflix. Still, would recommend to everyone. The breakfast is the same everyday, it cand get boring. Still would recommend to everyone
