Enjoyable stay
+ Beautiful, clean and nothing was ever a problem for the staff. Rooms were a great size and loved they offered a few drinks in fridge at no charge. Buffet breakfast was fantastic.
− TV was frustrating to use , quality of channels.

+ ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Exceptional hospitality – we will never forget how well they took care of us We had a wonderful experience at Burasari Resort in Patong and can wholeheartedly recommend this hotel. The food was absolutely delicious, the service was excellent, and the value for money was outstanding. But what truly made our stay special was the incredible kindness, compassion and hospitality of the entire team. Unfortunately, during our stay my wife became very ill with a severe case of dengue fever. It was a very difficult and worrying time for us, but the staff showed us so much understanding and care. They were extremely considerate of our situation, always willing to help, and regularly asked how my wife was feeling and whether she was getting better. This genuine concern meant more to us than they probably realize. We would also like to give a special compliment to the housekeeping team. Every housekeeper we saw while they were cleaning the rooms was friendly, kind and always greeted us with a smile. The positive and welcoming atmosphere could be felt throughout the entire resort. Despite the difficult circumstances we were going through, the whole Burasari team did everything they could to make our stay as comfortable and pleasant as possible. This is what true hospitality is about – not only providing great service when everything is going well, but showing genuine care when guests are going through a difficult time. A huge thank you to the entire Burasari team for your kindness, patience, help and compassion. ❤️🙏 We will remember not only the beautiful resort and the delicious food, but especially the wonderful people who took such good care of us. Highly recommended. We would gladly stay here again! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
