+ Good place to stay, has everything you need. The view of Tbilisi is amazing! Friendly host.

− A bit of walk up the hill, but because of that you have a great view.

+ Потрясающий вид из окна и с террасы. Район очень тихий. В апартаментах есть все необходимое и вся мебель и оборудование очень новые. Хозяин Михаил очень приветливый

− Для кого-то может быть минусом, что чтобы добраться до жилья, нужно минут 10 идти в горку, но для нас это не было проблемой. Зато, как я писал выше, вид открывается просто отличный. Плюс можно заказать такси до дороги, которая выше жилья, и от нее спуститься по лестнице прямо к жилью

Balcony over Tiblissi

+ Modern apartment as part of a purpose built tourist apartment complex with a east facing terrace overlooking Tiblissi. While the place is perfectly ok, clean, etc, the apartment lacks charm and facilities are a bit minimalist (the knives were all so blunt you could not cut bread with them) The owners could do a better job giving the place a bit of character maybe with some flower pots, paintings, etc

− The area is not the most interesting, we would suggest something in the more lively Sololaki area. The apartment lacks character

+ The room was clean and newly renovated, the view from the window was amazing 😻 I especially liked that you can go out onto the terrace to sit in the evening with a nice view, and in the morning you can see the sunset from the window :) The only thing that is not very comfortable is that the building is at a height and you have to climb a long way to get to the room :)

+ It was an exceptional experience from start to finish. We mentioned in advance that we were coming to get married, and the owners went above and beyond to make it special: we were welcomed with a bottle of sparkling wine and exquisite candies. The apartment itself was spacious, spotless, and offered a stunning view over the city. Everything was thoughtfully arranged for a comfortable stay, from a well-equipped kitchen to all the little details that make a place feel like home. The view deserves a special mention, as it’s absolutely spectacular and the perfect backdrop for photos on such an important day. The owners were incredibly kind, responsive, and genuinely caring throughout our stay. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and are truly grateful for such a memorable time in beautiful Tbilisi.
