Very unpleasant, and dishonest advertising.

− Booked a room with a garden view, but the room didn’t even have a window let alone a view. When I asked the staff they laughed and said that only one room had a window. As there was no fresh air it smelt damp and mouldy. There was also wiring hanging out of the walls which seems very unsafe.

Его идеальная локация позволяет наслаждаться прогулками по историческому центру и знакомиться с атмосферой Баку буквально с порога. Гостеприимство здесь ощущается с первых минут. Сотрудники отеля очень внимательные, доброжелательные и заботливые: всегда готовы помочь, подсказать и сделать пребывание максимально комфортным. Благодаря их искренности и душевному отношению уезжать совсем не хочется. Именно такие люди создают в отеле особую атмосферу тепла и уюта, ради которой хочется вернуться в Баку снова. А Егяна - настоящая душа этого места.

+ I had a wonderful stay at Briiz Hotel. The host was incredibly kind, friendly, and welcoming, always ready to help and making me feel completely at home. The room was clean, comfortable, and relaxing, and the flexible early check-in was especially helpful after my journey. The location is also amazing — right in the heart of the city, with easy access to supermarkets, restaurants, and many of Baku’s main attractions, making it perfect for exploring the city. I really appreciated the host’s excellent recommendations and personal attention. The hospitality was truly exceptional. If you’re visiting Baku, I highly recommend booking Briiz Hotel — you won’t regret it! I would definitely stay here again.

+ I have stayed in many hotels over the years, but this was the first time I felt something far beyond excellent service. From the moment I arrived, I was welcomed not just as a guest, but as if I were a member of the owners' family. I arrived very early in the morning, and without hesitation I was offered an early check-in, which was greatly appreciated after a night flight. Throughout my stay, the staff were incredibly attentive, caring, and genuinely dedicated to making every moment comfortable. The room was spotless, cozy, and thoughtfully prepared. The location is simply perfect, right in the heart of the old city, making it easy to explore everything on foot. What truly sets this hotel apart, however, is the warmth and hospitality of the people who run it. Their kindness felt sincere and personal, creating an atmosphere that is impossible to forget. Frankly, I have never felt this welcome in any hotel before. This was not just accommodation; it was an experience of genuine hospitality. I cannot recommend this place highly enough and will definitely be returning.

The hotel is also incredibly affordable and offers excellent value for money. Everything was clean, well-maintained, and the atmosphere was peaceful and quiet, making it a perfect place to relax after a day of sightseeing. Thank you for the amazing hospitality.
