− I live in Canada and travel extensively around the world, staying in hotels, vacation rentals, and apartments of all types. This was, without question, the worst accommodation I have ever stayed in. The Arev Building itself still feels like an active construction site, with ongoing construction noise and an unfinished environment that significantly impacted our stay. The host was the most unprofessional I have encountered. Everything about this stay fell far below reasonable expectations—from the cleanliness, constant construction noise, ineffective air conditioning that left the bedroom unbearably hot, and repeated power outages, to the lack of basic amenities, insufficient towels, limited kitchen utensils and cutlery, and the overall poor maintenance of the apartment. + If you are choosing apartments in Yerevan instead of a hotel, then in my opinion this is the option to go for. 100/10 for the view. The view of Ararat here is just insane. In the morning, in the evening, and at night with the city lights — honestly one of the best views I’ve seen in Yerevan. This view alone is worth staying here for. 100/10 for value for money as well. The apartments are spacious, modern, and very comfortable. I stayed alone, but I would happily come back here with my family. Because the apartments are completely new, there is still a slight unfinished feeling in some areas, especially the kitchen and bathroom. The host communicates quickly, calmly, and straight to the point, which is also a big plus. One downside is that there is construction around the building and renovations still going on in neighboring apartments. You notice it at first, but personally I got used to it pretty quickly. Still, I think this could bother some people. I also didn’t like the towels and bed linen. Overall, a very strong option for Yerevan, especially if space, views, and value for money are important to you.

+ Очень просторные апартаменты с прекрасным видом. Светлые, чистые, новые. Заселение без вопросов, встретил приветливый парень, помог с чемоданами. Расположение рядом с центральной площадью, удобно пешком до основных локаций.

− Ремонт в соседних квартирах, шум начался около 11 утра, но мы были к этому готовы, т.к.дом новый, и, собственно ушли гулять. Спасибо за всё !

+ Le logement était magnifique, tres propre , grandes vitres donnant sur un paysage magnifique ( église + ararat ) . Situation centrale, à 2 pas du vernissage . 12e étage avec ascenseur. Très sécurisé avec un concierge à l'entrée de l'immeuble. Cuisine bien équipée. Lits confortables

− Ce nest pas la faute de l'hôte mais le quartier etant en travaux, le calme n'était pas forcément au rdv le matin mais sincèrement ca ne nous a pas gâché notre voyage

Superb staying in the centre of Yerevan

+ Excellent apartment in a new building. Large space, comfy beds, a well-equipped kitchen, and view windows. Everything is clean and fresh. Nice, friendly, and helpful host: we encountered minor troubles, and he resolved them immediately.
