Wonderful stay with a great location and exceptionally kind and helpful staff.
+ We had a wonderful stay at Brako Hotel. The location is excellent, especially for exploring Istanbul, with Sirkeci, public transportation and many of the main attractions within walking distance. The room was clean and comfortable, but what really stood out was the service. Everyone at the hotel was incredibly kind, welcoming and always willing to help. Ahmet and Emirhan were especially helpful and attentive, and the entire team made us feel very well taken care of throughout our stay. We would definitely recommend Brako Hotel and would happily stay here again on our next visit to Istanbul.

Very Good
+ The staff are super nice, responsive, and helpful. The hotel is well equipped and new. The room size is good. Overall very good for such a vibrant area.
− The hotel entrance is the down side (you have to pass through a fish and chips restaurant to reach the elevator). Sound insulation is also a problem as u can hear the tram and everything going on the street below (my room was second floor) And i also wish they could work on including breakfast with the stay. Other than that, everything was perfect.

Exceptional
+ Very clean hotel, helpful and responsible staff. Located at the heart of Sirkeci, Istanbul. Just walking distance from Aya Sofia, Süleymanie Mosque, Galata Tower and lots of more places. Lots of restaurants and bars nearby. Also metro and tram stations just 2 minutes walking distance from where you can explore all of İstanbul. Very easy to find from the airport or Bus station with the metro.
− Everything was perfect. Hope to visit again next year.

Amazing experience 🫶🏽
+ The location is very lively, with everything close by, including shops, restaurants, the metro station, and trams. It’s a crowded area, but I enjoyed staying there. The staff were very helpful and friendly, especially Mahmoud and Usman.
− The noise is a bit noticeable since it’s a crowded area and the restaurants are operating, but it wasn’t a big issue for me. However, the furniture needs to be renewed, and even the bathroom fixtures need to be repaired.
