Excellent
− There is no elevator, and it is difficult to go up and down with suitcases—although a staff member did help me with one of them.

Very accommodating , easy and nice place to stay.
+ The room was clean and nice. The staff went out of their way to be extremely helpful and kind , they helped me with a very late check in, allowed me to leave my bag in storage for the day etc. excellent friendly service.
− The street noise from my room was a little bit loud but that can’t be helped as it’s On a very big road.

Perfect value for money
+ Perfect location, good breakfast for the money, friendly and helpful staff, we did like a balcony, it’s very nice and big enough to stay outside while raining and to enjoy nature’s beauty
− The hair-dryer appeared to not be working in our room but it was replaced very quickly by our request. It would be nice to renovate rooms as some stuff looks worn out but not critical. Same time the price is fully justified

Great old town hotel
+ Great location on the edge of old town. Large room with lots of storage, good size and modern bathroom. Balcony to sit on & dry towels / bathing costumes. Friendly staff that helped me park my car (which would have been hard otherwise). Decent buffet breakfast.

Friendly staff, surprisingly good breakfast and great value for the price.
+ The staff were very friendly and helpful, always welcoming us with a smile. The breakfast was far better than I expected. For the price, this hotel offers excellent value.
− The housekeeping staff didn't change the bathrobes, towels or slippers during our stay. Refreshing these daily, or at least every couple of days, would have made the stay perfect.
