+ - The location is good, and you can walk to the main attractions on foot. - It was not crowded. - The AC worked, and the sheets were clean. - The staff reluctantly changed our room after our first one did not meet expectations. I will explain more below.

− Our first room had massive gaps around the doors and windows, making the sound isolation non-existent. You could hear every detail from outside—including the reception staff watching sports—which meant anyone outside could also hear everything inside, completely ruining any sense of privacy. ​ The plumbing was equally bad. The shower drain in the first room was clogged and flooded the bathroom unless you constantly turned the water on and off. The showerhead leaked, and the toilet had algae trails from a continuous slow leak. When we were finally moved to an upgraded room, that shower also leaked from the pipes, which completely broke the waterfall function. ​ The WiFi was unusable at 1–2 Mbps, dropping connection constantly. Basic apps like Google Maps barely worked, and the room's TV lagged and buffered endlessly. ​ Breakfast was below average and had to be ordered at reception each morning. On our second day, there were no drinks put out. To make matters worse, stray cats roam the outdoor dining area and jump directly onto the tables where plates and cutlery are set, so you have to clean your utensils before eating and guard your food the moment you turn around. ​ When we raised these concerns, the staff were annoyed and gave us a lecture on the hotel's amenities instead of helping. I eventually asked for a refund so we could leave, but they refused, citing booking policies. As a last effort before walking away and booking somewhere else, I showed them video proof of the issues, and only then did they finally agree to change our room. ​ Booking this place based on location and reviews was a big mistake. Save yourself the frustration and stay somewhere else

− Location is great to have easy access to Bodrum city centre but not ideal if you’re looking for quite beach holiday.

+ It’s a nice and safe choice for staying in Bodrum. I needed a rooms only for 1 night and it was good. The people who work there are great and helped me, Olson served a nice breakfast. There is might be not so much space for staying for a longer time, but it’s cozy place for sure.

+ The staff were extremely helpful and the kids loved playing with the two beautiful hotel cats. A short walk to shops, restaurants, castle and marina. Taxi rank nearby for visits to other sites.

+ Warm and helpfull staff - nothing is too much trouble for them. Cozy, clean and good value rooms. A resident cat [Princess]; at the hotel tends to lurk at the reception ...... Overall, this is a good, small hotel and once located [down a side street], is wonderfully convenient for the ferry port to/from Kos. Cafes nearby too, but no significant street noise in the rooms.

− The hotel can be a bit tricky to find [especially when arriving late]. Note that it is along a side-street, with no direct taxi access.

+ Clean and nice room. Staff were nice and able to provide good recommendations on places to eat and things to do. Good location to walk to and see Bodrum from.

− Breakfast was just OK. Nothing bad but nothing to write home about. Not sure why breakfast was rated as excellent. Shower rain head didn't work. Just dribbled (other shower head was fine) Parking situation was very annoying to find (google map location marks aren't very accurate in Türkiye) Basically unable to locate carpark without having to call so make sure you have whatsapp to do so if you need it.

− Photos look better than reality. Relatively clean but noticed that the rooms weren’t built with the best quality. Shower room isn’t well maintained and water pressure wasn’t always there. Cleanliness could be worked on. A friend also experienced similar.

Nearby are shops, cafes, markets and a 5-minute walk to the port. The road to the nearest beach is ~15 minutes, but it goes through beautiful streets and a market. Very nice hotel design, aesthetically pleasing and cozy😍

Small, quiet, central with wonderful hosts

+ Beautiful little place, family run, in a fantastic location down a small alley, so although you are near the centre, it’s perfectly quiet.
