Sneaky extra fees
+ Room was fine, hot shower, TV, wifi, breakfast was quite good (fruit, coffee, bread, eggs, etc)
− They charge a different price to what you are quoted! They add on a tourist tax. So the price you book is not the final price! It may seem cheaper than other places but they sneak these fees on.

+ It was spacious room and clean.
− The toilet seat was broken, we informed the reception and we're told it'll be fixed but no one saw to it throughout our stay. At the breakfast, there was no sugar packet or cubes for our tea. Rest was good.

− The soundproofing is very poor. I could clearly hear other people talking on the phone outside the room and construction noise. The door is clear glass and was covered with black tape on the inside, but light still came through. There is also a mandatory tourist tax of 44,000 per person per day, plus an additional deposit of 200,000. The most frustrating part was that I paid the deposit by card, but when it was refunded, they only gave me cash. The front desk should at least have informed me in advance that the deposit could only be refunded in cash. I would not recommend this place.

Strange price policy, broken door and good rooftop
+ Well private room and bathroom. Good top proof cafe and perfect cafe around corner.. that’s all
− When I arrived to reception they rise prices and on the top of that they want some surplus taxes not mentioned in booking I never pay in other places here.. than we got room with broken lock so our door was open all the time. (Seems they don’t try to repair long time)

Overall OK
+ Breakfast is provided. Reasonably good. A hypermarket is nearby and restaurants are nearby. Its quite near to Tashkent metro station.
− Address given in Booking.com is Sarikol 7. Luckily a passerby helped us to find and the hotel is actually located at Sarikol 9G. So we have to call another Yandex taxi and a few minutes away by taxi. Please update to the proper address to avoid future confusion.
