Excellent apart-hotel with fast check-in, great service, and friendly bilingual staff — highly recommended!
+ Absolutely loved this apart-hotel! Check-in and check-out were extremely fast without any waiting. The staff speaks both Russian and English, which was super convenient. Housekeeping cleaned the room and changed the towels and bedsheets twice a week. Everything was great, will definitely come back again!

− The staff, especially the receptionist, was a girl, and we didn’t have a good experience with her. Another thing I want to mention is the elevator. There were three elevators, but when one wasn’t working, there was a lot of crowding and a long wait.

− The long wait for the elevator (up to 4-5 min), especially when you need to go down. The walls are also quite thin, so better bring earplugs if you have bad luck with the neighbors. There is a huge queue at 15:00 at the reception desk
