− My expectations were completely disappointed - it wasn't a private hotel room, but a room with a toilet in an apartment. The building was slated for demolition and is currently being renovated, and there's a huge hole in the wall where a window should be in the entryway! The towels and bed linen aren't very fresh, and the shower stall isn't watertight. It doesn't match the photo.

Pleasant

+ Location is nice - center of the city. Clean and very nice hosts.

− It is not a hotel, actually. Situated in the very old building, unfortunately, I didn’t pay attention before. The booked room I got not the same as on the pictures.

Poor facilities and bathroom, not a hotel, but well located

+ Location is excellent Good WiFi Laundry machine, if you need it Owner is responsive, airport pickup Room is well sized

− Main problem was the shower - hot water only lasts 5 minutes, and the shower tub is not properly installed. Water leaks so much I needed to dry up the floor with towels and wring them out into the shower tray after, then leave them to dry and repeat the next day. The bathtub is fully separate from the wall and not stable. The other things below I can put up with, but this is not something you want to have to do daily on holiday Insects in the room (pictures) This is not a hotel - it’s an ancient apartment building with a concrete staircase you can literally see through The bannister on the stairs is a flick away from collapsing There is no 24-hour desk and they don’t offer airport transfer from the hotel for all hours Desk and chair are barebones (fine), but you can’t sit back properly in the chair Bed mattress is so soft it sinks a lot, might not be your thing Door is tricky to lock and not properly fitted

Noisy neighbors, felt like they are next to me and I couldn't sleep

− Noisy neighbors, from 3 nights 1. Night someone started washing machine at 0:30am with huge noise. 2. And 3. Nights someone brought more people and were very very noise from 2:30am for cca 2 hours!!

Central location, good value and convenient facilities

+ Very centrally located. Private room with bathroom and access to small kitchen and washing machine which was really helpful. Generally quiet but could hear people in next room especially one night when it seemed someone was pacing on the wooden floors, so kept awake.wifi generally worked well.

− Owner communicated well before we arrived but messages about wifi and lack of toilet paper ignored the week we stayed.

Suitable for solo travellers on a budget

+ Ten minutes to reach the central square. Price is very reasonable. This is a private tiny apart-hotel with four rooms and a common entrance hall organized in a former apartment.

− High Audibility. If other guests do not know how to behave, your sleep may be disturbed. Hope you'll get lucky. There is no signage - so it's hard to find. I couldn't understand that it's the right place. You also need to warn the owner about your time of arrival to avoid waiting in front of a locked entryway.

Cockroaches made it a bit unpleasant to be honest.

+ Location was very good and size of the room. They had iron as well. Replies were quick to the messages i sent and in english.

− A lot of cockroaches, Water stopped at 11 pm and the room bed sheets/towel was changed once a week. No shampoo in toilet

Pleasant

+ Great location, close to shops, restaurants and nightlife. The room was spacious and had aircon. Great insulation, even when it was noisy outside you couldn’t hear anything. It includes a washing machine, so it’s great if you are traveling for long periods or backpacking.

− The property is listed as a hotel but it’s not a hotel. I find that a bit misleading. It’s an apartment that consists of 4 rooms and a common kitchen and entrance. We found out on arrival that due to an ongoing pipe replacement water was unavailable at the property from 11pm to 7 am, even though is not the owners fault, it should be communicated in advance. It wasn’t an issue for us but it could be for other people. Linens and towels are worn off and should be replaced. Hot water doesn’t last more than 5 minutes so if you don’t shower fast be prepared to shower in cold water.
