− There are some insects inside the room, i think they should provide some insect sprays in the room, because it was night and i was fighting the insects, where at 3am in the mountains am i gonna get the sprayy.. Secondly, the towels i advice to change please, its very used and when you clean your body it leaves small pieces of cotton, me personally i was not comfortable with that. I had to dry my self with hand dryer. I actually checked on Booking.com if there was more room available on the day of checkout, but there wasn’t any so the girl came to me at 11:30 AM. She was knocking on my door and she said I had to check out because there is a booking for the room, so I said to her that I needed to extend more 3 nights after that she said to me that the room I am staying is already booked by another client. I remember showing one client the room and he took pictures, all this was in good intention and afterwards I saw the same Cliente in the room so they will have prioritize me once I’m staying there and not make me get up 1130 with my boxers and get everything in my hands with my bag and had to change to another room that was discomfortable.

Overpriced, poor service, and not worth the money.

− I stayed at this hotel in Phuket for three nights and paid $475, which turned out to be very poor value for money. The price only covered the room itself, with no facilities or services included. There was no complimentary breakfast, coffee, or even basic refreshments, and I was surprised to be charged $10 for just two cups of hot water with honey. The staff did not seem attentive or concerned about guest comfort, which made the experience even more disappointing. Although the hotel looks appealing in photos, the reality does not match what is advertised. Overall, the lack of service, amenities, and care for guests makes this hotel not worth the price, and I would not recommend staying here.

− PRENOTATE ALTROVE, VI TROVATE SU UNA MONTAGNA DA SOLI E CON GLI STESSI SOLDI TROVERETE DI MEGLIO ASSOLUTAMENTE! 1)Siamo giunti a destinazione senza nessuno che ci accogliesse e senza un ingresso, pensavamo fosse una truffa. 2) si scende e si salgono delle scale e non c’è lo staff che ti aiuta con le valige 3) le vetrate sono senza termoregolazione quindi tutto il sole che batte nella stanza è infernale, diventa un forno 4) NON SIAMO RIUSCITI A DORMIRE PERCHÉ C’ERANO LAVORI IN CORSO DELLA STRUTTURA ED È COME SE LI STESSERO FACENDO NELLA TUA CAMERA 5) NON ESISTE STAFF A CUI RIVOLGERTI 6) MAL GESTITO 7) TREMENDA ESPERIENZA, VI ROVINANO LA VACANZA NON CI ANDATE, PULIZIA ZERO OLTRETUTTO!

Posto tranquillo a 10 minuti da Patong Beach

+ La posizione e' buona per chi non vuole il fracasso di Patong Beach. Freedom beach e' veramente a pochi passi. Ci sono buoni ristoranti nelle vicinanze. Stanza pulita, ottimi asciugamani e panorama fantastico. Pur essendo in posizione defilata, ci sono diversi servizi nelle vicinanze (ristoranti, ATM, un 7/11 e un distributore di benzina sulla strada). La ragazza che gestisce la stanza e' molto gentile.

− Il bagno non ha un armadietto e la doccia non ha un telo di protezione - viene allagato tutto il bagno. Visto il prezzo, la colazione dovrebbe essere compresa. I bar nelle vicinanze (compreso il Blue Harbor sotto) aprono tardi e non hanno menu colazione. La posizione defilata impone il noleggio di una moto, ma il noleggio piu' vicino e' a 10 minuti a piedi ed e' molto caro (500 baht al giorno + 8000 bath di caparra). La spiaggia di Tri Trang non e' bella e scompare con l'alta marea, non fateci conto.

+ Lækkert værelse ,skøn udsigt og total alene , alt er nyt på værelset , dejligt bo ved elefanterne og egen strand , skøn restaurant uden for mange mennesker , morgen mad kan du nye helt alene uden andre turister

− Ingen rengøring mellem dagene , ingen rene håndklæder , utæt aircondition men helt ny , går nok et stk tid før de er der helt ,var 1 værelse ud af fire , så efter kl 8 er der håndværkere,
