+ Very friendly staff

− Chinese food was not up to mark can be improved

Apart from the check in, the hotel was efficient

+ Location, functional, efficient

− The check in process was bad. I was very rudely hustled by staff to pay full amount prior to check in even though I had requested for late check in in advance and had conveyed that I would be landing by flight only at 11pm. The conversation is on record with the staff and it was not a good experience at all

+ Liked the way technology is used to optimise right processes and focus on core things like - cleanliness, good breakfast etc. Staff is very nice too, very helpful and follows through the instruction provided.

No frills but decent

+ Everything you need and nothing you dont. Breakfast was decent, hotel was clean and well maintained (although one lift was out of action at time of my visit which meant it could be a bit congested, especially on morning checkout). Staff were excellent - very helpful and friendly.

− Noisy/busy location (not the hotels fault I know) Inability to open a window even a fraction. App/QR code controlled door opening was temperamental for me. I fancied a beer of an evening but no alcohol served on premises.
