Very Good
+ stay, staff and management
− Breakfast was not sufficient. The items within the options were limited and was not a value for money. The elevator was the slowest I've ever seen, but it was working fine.

Pleasant stay
+ Location was great and it has a parking ticket system so there is always someone making sure any vehicle going in are checked especially cars, vans etc. So it does gift comfort and sense of security. Also there’s messages, restaurant, 7-Eleven within the same area. To Patong Street is only a 5 mins way, 6 mins to Jungceylon Mall and 7 mins to Patong Beach. Everything is close by and walkable so it was really pleasant to stay there.
− Wish that the water pressure was better, our room was at 5th floor and water was slow so showering was difficult.
