Very Good
+ Yes its basic, but its what you paid for, our room was quite small but had what we needed. The staff were always friendly and helpful
− No safe, or kettle. Our balcony door didn't shut let alone lock but on 2nd floor so not an issue

Great stay near the beach, restaurants and bus stations.
+ I highly recommend this hotel, we stayed there for 7 days. The location is great near the beach, restaurants and bus stations. The pool was clean and the staff were friendly.
− The wifi was really slow. This was the only thing i didn’t like.

Excellent
+ This is our 3rd time staying at the beyaz melek. Location is perfect, staff are so nice & the pool area is lovely and quite. We are planning our 4th stay here already
− Shower in the room we stayed in could do with a update as it was either boiling or freezing cold but thats just our preference.

Spotless, quiet, and the staff treat you like family
+ Fantastic family-friendly stay! The property is immaculately clean and located in a lovely, quiet spot but also in the middle of everything. What really stands out is the kindness of the staff; they go above and beyond to make you feel at home. Simple, comfortable, and highly recommended

Disappointing
+ The owner of the hotel was very nice and kind
− When I arrived at the hotel they left me really dirty towers, and the room itself was full of woman hair, we stayed a full day without energy at the hotel and the internet connection was awful. I complained about all of these to the staff and they changed the room I was at, the ac at the new room didn’t work!

It was awful and ended up leaving early to go stay at a real hotel.
+ Nothing. The pictures do not match the coziness and comfort of the actual place. The only good things are the lounge and the location.
− It was dirty. There was dirt under the bed and old clothes. The ceilings are yellow and broken. The shower looks like a prison. And the whole place is just a cheap hostel, not a hotel. The staff also does no refund or offer help as they don’t care.
