Lovely hotel and recommended stay

+ Staff are nice and welcoming specially the nice lady from the restaurant named Mlisa (not sure if I write the name correctly!) and the property's manager (I think!) who is so gentle, understanding and welcoming! Comfortable beds, quite rooms and clean. Breakfast is so good and adequate. Easy access as it is on the highway.. For sure, it would be in our list for the future trip to Trabzon!!

− It would be rated 10/10 but, as the daily cleaning was escaped where you will find an unpleasant surprise upon returning hotel after a long touring day...not cleaned bathroom and no clean towles. That was a major downside!! Insects live in the balcony so, could not set on it and found some of them too in the bathroom!! Location is between Marsin and Arakli so, you will need around 30 minutes drive to Midan (city centre) and no restaurants or cafe around the hotel itself.

− I had a reservation, and check-in was supposed to be at 2:00 PM, but I didn't get the room until 6:00 PM; they told me to wait two hours because the room wasn't ready, even though I had already paid. I was left waiting, and the staff’s attitude was terrible. When I asked for a baby cot, it took an hour for them to bring it to the room. Honestly, it was a bad experience with poor service. I had booked two separate beds and asked if they could switch the reservation to a king-size bed instead, but the response was, "If you don't want it, we'll cancel the reservation; we can't do that." Their attitude was truly awful.

− شقتی کانت بالدول الثانی ماقدرت افتح البلکونه من الحشرات لانی قریب الارض الظاهر ریحه الممرات مو حلوه ولا یتم تنظیفها یومین قعدت وکانت وسخه ، و حر مافی مکیف بالممرات مافی غساله !!!!!؟ مافی مواعین ابدددد لایوجد خدمات قریبه بعید جددددا عن المیدان
