Very Good
+ The property, staff and location were great. Very nice room with a great view.
− A lot of the other guests were rude to staff, very loud and selfish. They seemed to view it as their personal space and didn’t mind about yelling and carrying on publicly. The rudeness to staff was actually quite serious.

Excellent short stay in Phuket !
+ excellent stay especially if your priority is location + reasonable price + easy access to Patong nightlife/shopping. Recommended if you want to stay centrally in Patong without paying resort prices. I’d particularly choose it for a short 2–4 night stay where you plan to spend most of your time outside the hotel.
− Not really

Excellent
+ Best location everything is near by.. Value for money
− I would like to share some feedback regarding the check-in process. If the room is already ready, I feel the guest should not have to wait until 14:00 just because that is the official check-in time. I believe it would be better to be flexible and allow guests to check in earlier when the room is available. This would improve the guest experience and make customers feel more
