Dirty rooms and beds
+ Good location close to the center of Patong and Large rooms
− Rooms are dirty, sheets are stained, the AC barely works. I have stayed in multiple rooms here and in each room at least two lights are out. The sink faucet or the shower head holder is broken. And the lock on one rooms did not work. When I told the staff, they don’t bother to repair and they gaslit me as I am the problem for complaining. Also, the manager is quite rude and condescending. He raised his voice at me because I had asked to change my room although I had been staying there for almost a week combined. Also, on one of the nights I booked a deluxe room which was more expensive that the standard rooms. Upon arrival, I was told that all deluxe rooms are booked and I should stay in a standard room. The manager refused to reimburse me for the difference. Will not stay again. There are better and cleaner room options available in the area with welcoming and polite staff.

We won't come back.
+ My room was facing to the back which is West and it's very nice with the view of mountain and we have the ocean wind. Our daughter's room was facing to the city street and it's hot and noisy.
− The shower hanger was broken and they didn't even fix it so we have to hand hold it while taking a shower. The bathroom faucet was losing and almost dropping out so water drips down to the floor. There's no iron, safe box, phone, hair dryer in the room even they described them in advertise. There's a list of item that they will charge you if missing posted in room. We asked front desk person to confirm that what items are not listed. Seem like they don't take care the room at all.

Very Poor
+ Location
− There is a water leak in the bathroom. The key won't open the door; it will require many attempts.
