Amazing location amazing staff

+ The staff were amazing the manager Gokan was so friendly and helpful

New good quality hotel in top location

+ Good quality and new hotel in good location at the old city. I stayed five nights in room 304 and found it very comfortable. The bed was exceptionally good and the location quiet. I enjoyed the lounge bed in front of the French door windows with a view out over the park. It was very useful being provided an information sheet on arrival which explains some of the key tourist location operating times which help planning itineraries. I felt this was a good hotel with approximately 35 rooms and reaching five star quality.

− I found the hot water pressure and temperature quite low meaning that showers had only hot water in the mix without cold and the pressure was surprisingly low. It may need attention in the future.

Amazing stay

+ This is the best hotel in Istanbul! The staff is amazing, they treat you like a queen. It was clean, with a good smell everywhere. The room was comfortable and they give you free water and Turkish delights everyday. I highly recommend it!

+ The hotel has an inviting entrance and each time we walked in from check in until our last day, we were always met with a smile and offers of refreshing drinks. Everything was spotless clean, close to Hagia Sophia, Blue Mosque, Topkapi Palace and the Basilica Cistern. Shops, restaurants, salons are all within walking distance, and close to public transport. The staff are very welcoming and friendly. Mr Gokhan, the Manager was very attentive and helped us arrange the tours that we wanted at really good prices. Our room was very elegant and modern at the second floor. The staff left some sweets for us every day- it was very thoughtful. We got to meet the chef from the restaurant at the rooftop and we enjoyed our lovely meal with beautiful views of both Hagia Sophia and the Blue Mosque. There is a hammam downstairs and we enjoyed our hammam and treatments too. Our stay was like a home away from home during our five days at Istanbul even though it was our first time to visit. Highly recommend!
