+ Resort: Located in the mountains of Kemer, about 1h from Antalya Airport and 10 min from Çamyuva. Absolutely stunning and not crowded. Pool, gym, tennis/basketball courts, palm trees, breathtaking mountains, bunnies, peacocks, chickens, ducks and horses. The whole place gave me Jurassic Park vibes, genuinely a little piece of paradise. Despite all the animals, everything was surprisingly clean, with no bad smells even around the stables. View: Incredible. People asked if I was in Switzerland or Guadeloupe. You get beautiful mountain views almost everywhere outside and the music perfectly complements the atmosphere. Room: We had an affordable standard room with mountain view. Simple and rustic, but perfect for the surroundings, we felt like two cowboys in an old-fashioned room. We loved hearing the roosters in the morning. Restaurant: Breakfast was included and varied but nothing exceptional. Guests get 15% off lunch/dinner. Food and drinks were very good, but expensive. Outside food/drinks aren’t allowed and the resort is isolated, so you’ll mostly eat there or drive into town. Activities: We did our first forest ride and loved it. The instructor spoke decent English and was very attentive. There’s also a private beach with free shuttle, although the beach is very basic with nowhere to buy water. Staff: Some were lovely, a beautiful, helpful Albanian girl who spoke English, and a guy at the bar who was always willing to help.

− Room: We stayed 4 nights and our room was never cleaned. The trash was overflowing. Staff: Overall, not very friendly. Some staff who didn’t speak English would simply ignore us when we tried to get their attention. The worst was Seckin, the tall guy with longer hair at reception. I’ve never experienced such a rude and condescending attitude in hospitality. We asked him to book riding lessons. He said lessons were only available until 6 PM, but it was already 7:30 PM and someone was having a lesson right in front of us. When we pointed this out, he got irritated, raised his voice and aggressively typed a reservation for the next day, saying we could pay afterwards. The next day, we showed up only to be told the instructor wasn’t there and payment was required in advance. Seckin himself had made the reservation, yet treated us like we were the problem, mocking us and repeatedly rolling his eyes. The day before leaving, we asked him to arrange the airport transfer advertised by the hotel. He told us to come back the next morning. When I said I didn’t want to wait until the last minute because I could book another car, he sarcastically replied: “What, you can’t sleep tonight?”. Every time we needed reception, we hoped he wouldn’t be there. HE is the reason I deducted one star. Reception staff should make guests feel welcome, not like a burden. I genuinely recommend moving him to a position without guest interaction. Social skills: 0. Limited English, yet gets irritated when you don’t understand him. Restaurant: We were promised 2 complimentary bottles of water/person/day, but since nobody serviced the room, they were never replaced. Even with the discount, the restaurant was pricey. Food arrived before drinks and waits could reach 40 minutes despite the resort being quiet. Language barrier: Most staff speak Turkish and Russian and very few speak English. They use Google Translate, but communication was still difficult.

Exceptional

+ We stayed at Berke Ranch Hotel, Kemer for 3 nights and absolutely loved it. The staff are so friendly and welcoming and nothing was too much trouble. We loved the chilled out vibe at this hotel and the scenery was outstanding! We ate every night in the restaurant and enjoyed every meal.... compliments to the chef. We are already planning our return stay later this year! Highly recommended.

Unpleasant stay, unhygienic place

+ The property has a nice ranch with horses. The horses are taken care of and look healthy. Outdoor gym with nice equipment. The bedsheets were pleasant. The view on the mountains from the balcony is quite picturesque.

− During the two week stay our room was cleaned once, although the sign “please clean the room” was hanging there all the time. Shower is leaking in multiple places. There flies everywhere, including food and beverages, and they are not removed even if they drowned (for example, in milk). Breakfasts are very scarce, plates and forks, and cups and bowls constantly missing. There are ducks freely swimming in the pool (just check the number of diseases they can transmit). Two restaurants are located on the map, in fact there is only one, prices are super high and the quality is not good enough, with some dishes unavailable for order. Shuttle bus to the beach makes no sense (departure at 10, 12, 14 and 16. Neither for early swimmers, nor for evening ones). It’s very loud, with music on till very late in the evening. Definitely not the hotel for those seeking nature and relaxation in the mountains.

+ ⭐️⭐️⭐️☆☆ Beso Hotel Berke Ranch & Nature is a place with great potential, but we left with mixed feelings. The hotel offers excellent amenities: a nice outdoor pool, a comfortable lounge area, and a pleasant poolside restaurant. The setting is beautiful, surrounded by nature, and the property itself has a lot of charm. What really stands out is the ranch and stables. They are exceptionally well maintained, the horses are clearly well cared for, and the hotel offers excellent horse riding lessons and trail excursions. If you’re a horse lover, this is definitely the hotel’s biggest strength.

− Unfortunately, the service and overall management don’t match the quality of the facilities. We found it quite strange that the reception staff had been relocated to a small office at the entrance gate, shared with the security staff, while the hotel’s beautiful and welcoming reception area remained empty and unused. It gave the impression of being understaffed and lacking proper organization.

⭐⭐⭐⭐☆ Pleasant family stay with great facilities

+ We stayed for 3 nights and 4 days and had an enjoyable family holiday. The hotel is set in a beautiful natural environment, making it a peaceful place to relax. The highlights were the swimming pool, spa and sauna, and the kids' club, which kept our children happily engaged. A special mention to Aigerim from the animation team, who was friendly, enthusiastic, and made the activities enjoyable for the children. The staff were generally courteous and helpful, and the overall atmosphere was welcoming. The reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is that some areas of the property and rooms could benefit from a little more maintenance and updating, and the food variety could be improved. Nevertheless, it offers good value for families looking for a relaxing stay surrounded by nature. Overall, we had a pleasant experience and would recommend it to families visiting the Kemer region.
