+ Everything about this hotel is beautiful, starting with the reception staff, who are wonderful people who are always ready to help you at any time. The room was a lovely triple room; everything you need is there, in addition to daily cleaning by the cleaning staff. The breakfast is good and varied, and the staff there are very friendly. The location is very good and close to all transportation points. I recommend everyone to book this hotel.

We were pleased
+ The staff were friendly and welcoming. They were helpful in every way. The rooms were cleaned daily and any deficiencies were addressed. Breakfast was a buffet in a restaurant with a city view. The variety was sufficient. We had a wonderful time.

Convenient location but needs a good clean. Fine for one night stay

− Had some issues with my room and nothing was done about it. Had a broken toilet seat for 3 days was literally cracked into pieces was told would be replaced and was not fixed by the time I left the hotel 3 days later. Wifi only worked some of the time but most of the time wouldnt work. Staff not very helpful unfortunately. Needs a deep clean

− First time I had to decline a room in my life because it was unacceptable. AC was running loudly and couldn't be turned off, toilet seat was loose, shower doors wouldn't close, curtains only covered half the window, power plug didn't work and there were no pillows.
