+ The staff was incredible, super friendly and nice! We arrived at 6 am after a long 8 hour flight and initially we couldn’t check in until 10am but the staff did everything they could to make us check in earlier. We ended up checking in at around 8am. When we returned to the hotel the 2nd time they left us a very cute letter in our room thanking us for choosing their hotel again. The pool is really nice and they also have a sauna and a jacuzzi! Room and bathroom is very clean as well. Overall amazing experience!

Great place to stay.
+ The location and the surroundings of the hotel. The breakfast was exceptional and the staff is awesome. Its bit away from the city centre but taxis are available 24/7 in great prices.
− All great except we face an electricity shut down for 2 hrs in the hotel without any backup. But the staff really helped during that time

+ Staff were great, especially staff at the Flame, they were so attentive. The deluxe room was a spacious with an energetic child.
− I felt housekeeping weren’t thorough, dirty cups stayed there two days in a row.

+ Second time we stay at Bentley, love that hotel, staff and facilities. Very comfortable for traveling with family, in particular with small kids. Hotel team is always keen to help and assist with everything needed. Thank you again for hosting us! :)
