+ Location was perfect near the tram and metro line. The staff was helpful and friendly and most importantly there to answer on every request you have. Hygiene in the hotel was on the high level. Everything was organizied. I stayed in several hotels in Laleli distict and the breakfast was usually always the same basic. Here is something else the brekfast was pleanty and for everybody something to choose. And after the stay we had to check out and leave the room before the departure and store the bagguage in hotel and as soon as we came the receptionist offered us a refreshment before leaving what was unusual because they had no obligations toward us anymore. Overall score is very high because you do not feel as payable user you feel the hospitality like a wanted guest. The stay has fullfield my subjective expectaions.
