Exceptional

+ One of the best and atmospheric boutique hotels in Tbilisi, love this place

Very nice, just be aware of the music on the weekends.

+ We liked having the coffee/tea in the room. The hotel location is good in a good neighborhood. The room was comfortable - clean with nice light and a decent size. A/C worked well. Very comfortable bed and nice bathroom. If you're looking for a quiet relaxed place I would recommend for Sunday-Thursday when they don't have music in the basement. If you're looking for a nice place with music in the basement then Fri-Sat would be for you.

− There is a fridge in the room but it's filled with the minibar items ($) so not very useful. For a multi-night stay we could have used some fridge space. Be aware that on Friday-Saturday nights they have music in the basement that brings a small crowd out front but they seemed friendly. We definitely heard the music in our room but weren't bothered since we were up at 2am anyway to leave for the airport. I see how this could be frustrating for people trying to sleep, especially light sleepers. Our room was down the hall from the stairs and facing the back of the building, so other rooms may be louder on weekends.

Friendly with a late start for breakfast

+ The room was very well-equipped and the personal were very friendly. The area around the hotel is developing fast and is really interesting. There is an old redeveloped industrial area "Zeche" just a couple of minutes walk with bars and restaurants, which i can really recommend if you don't want to go far to eat.

− I think that breakfast only starts at 9:00 am - a bit strange. On my last day I had to leave at 8:00 am and had specifically asked in the bakery next door the day before I left if I could pick up croissants to take with me at 8:00 when they opened. When I went past they were not ready. Maybe organise this a bit better.

+ Beautiful property, thoughtful details throughout, delicious food, well located. Love the design of the hotel and its proximity to interesting cafes, restaurants and vintage stores.

Hidden gem

+ Balcony, coffee machine, sound system, Nebula projector, bartender set, high ceilings, clean new furniture. Includes all you need.

Fantastic and I will definitely stay there again whrn I’m in Tbilisi next

+ Very tastefully decorated lovely staff and super comfortable beds. I highly recommend taking one of the Suites with a terrace , the food wine is excellent great restaurant and the resident cat was super cute

Perfect beautiful cool spot in Tblisi!

+ We absolutely loved Bellhop! Amazing hotel, kind staff (Eko on the front desk was just incredible we loved her!!!), fantastic bakery downstairs, great food! What more could you ask for. In a great location! The perfect stay in Tblisi! Oh and the beds are so comfy

− There were some communication difficulties - they promised to prepare some croissants and a bun for me to take away because i checked out before breakfast. However, the guy at the bakery who was supposed to give it to me didn’t know anything about it so I hopped on a 6h train without breakfast… can of course happen, but unfortunate- better to check twice since communication was a bit difficult with stuff
