Exceptional
+ Really nice place, very close to the sea (100m) and city center. Also liked flexibility: you do not pay for the service you do not need. Staff is is welcoming and helpful, especially Giorgi. There was no issues with very late check in at 11pm.

I highly recommend staying here. The next time I visit Batumi, I will definitely choose this place again.
+ We had a wonderful stay at Bellevue Residence Batumi. The location is excellent — very close to the sea, the promenade, restaurants, cafés, shops, and all the necessary infrastructure. Everything is within walking distance, and the area is very pleasant and convenient. Our apartment had a beautiful lake view and a balcony. It was especially nice to sit on the balcony in the morning and evening and enjoy the view. The apartment was spotlessly clean, very well maintained, comfortable, and fully met our expectations. We would also like to mention the convenience of the building itself. The elevators were fast, reliable, and worked perfectly, with almost no waiting time, which is especially important in a large residence. The staff were extremely polite, friendly, and helpful. They were always ready to assist and quickly resolve any questions. A special thank you to Nini at the reception for her kindness, attention, care, and warm attitude toward guests. We have only positive impressions from our stay. It is a great combination of location, cleanliness, comfort, beautiful views, and excellent service. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it.
− Nothing to complain about — everything was excellent.

excellent!
+ The place was very comfortable and the photos were accuratre
− For stays over few days you have to pay each time for cleaning because no one changes the towels or sheets for example. But you do get new ones if you ask.
