Everything at this hotel was excellent, but there was just one issue that led me to give it 9of 10
+ Considering that this is a three-star hotel, everything about it was excellent.I can confidently say that with a few minor changes, this hotel could be classified as a 4-star hotel.I would advise the hotel's operations manager to pay closer attention to a few points; by resolving these issues, the hotel could certainly attain 4-star status.For example, collecting all the towels—whether used in the room or for the pool—that have become worn out and threadbare, and replacing them with new ones.It would be beneficial to add more staff to the breakfast area during peak hours when large numbers of guests arrive to dine. Additional staff would ensure better service, allowing all guests to fully enjoy the delicious food and excellent fresh fruit. I clearly observed this during a particularly busy period; despite the staff's efforts to work quickly, the sheer volume of guests made it impossible for them to keep up. Adding at least one extra staff member during these times would be a good idea.With a few other minor issues—and I am certain that resolving them would allow this hotel to definitely rank as a 4-star establishment...
− The only issue that arose—and the reason I didn't give this hotel a perfect score of 10—was the internet.It wasn't that the hotel's internet was bad—it worked well throughout the hotel—but the specific router serving my room was having issues.I even spoke to the hotel staff about this issue and sent an email regarding the problem, but unfortunately, it remained unresolved right up until the day I checked out.It wasn't right that, on the first night when I complained about the internet, you simply sent someone to stand under the router, measure the speed using a standard phone app, and tell me the speed was fine.That night, using a special app on my phone, I even demonstrated to him that while the internet speed might appear good at times, the connection is intermittent; the drops become more frequent when I am in my room due to the distance from the router—making it difficult to connect—and I even sent an email to the hotel regarding this issue.Unfortunately, however, the email reply stated that the technician had been there and claimed everything was fine—even though I had explained the whole situation to him. I am almost certain he didn't understand what I was saying, as his English wasn't very good.What frustrated me even more was that, despite my detailed emails explaining the situation, you should have clearly understood the issue. I had explained that the hotel's internet service itself is fine; the problem lies with the router on our floor—located near our room—which either needs to be restarted or is completely broken and requires replacement with a new one.But unfortunately, in response to my email, this is the only answer I receive from you:"I understand that the internet connection in your room is not meeting your expectations, and I apologize for the continued inconvenience"....which couldn't possibly be a logical answer to my request.

Clean room, comfortable stay, close to the North Pattaya beach
