Very Good

+ A good value for money. The hotel is spacious enough, but still has everything you need for a relaxing holiday: several pools, water slides for both younger and older children, a kids’ club, a varied entertainment programme, plenty of food to choose from, and a private beach. Overall, a great choice for a family holiday.

− The hotel is a little tired and there are some areas where minor repairs or renovation would be beneficial. However, it is generally clean and well maintained.

Exceptional

+ Wonderful! Always something to do. Good was great with lots of varieties. I needed help with a birthday celebration and the Guest Relations team, especially Olesia and Nalan were so so helpful!! I also needed to print an urgent letter and Maral was so accommodating. We also had a spa treatment with a traditional Turkish hammam, scrub and massage. Arife, Kadek and Ginara were great and we felt very relaxed afterwards. Overall, the staff were all brilliant. Highly recommend this hotel, especially for families.

Relaxing, fun-packed getaway with fantastic food and entertainment, minor trivia aside.

+ Our stay was absolutely fantastic! The staff, the facilities, and the evening entertainment at the amphitheater were all wonderful, with plenty of shows on offer. My favorites were the live music performances and the DJs with holographic dancers. The sun-beds were nice and comfortable, and the hotel offers plenty of activities. A standout for me was Joya, with its live music played on handpans and singing bowls. The full-board option had an amazing variety of food choices. Breakfast had a great range. For lunch, we went to Tropic Bistro or grabbed burgers on the beach, and dinner always featured something new each day. The food never disappointed, and my wife is a foodie, so that's saying something.

− The only minor downsides were the SPA area and the pillows. The hammam was only mildly warm, and there was a strange, drain-like smell near the dressing rooms. The pillows could also be a little softer and a bit more comfortable.

One of the best resort experiences ever! ⭐️

+ Amazing atmosphere, very friendly staff especially the Guest Relations team, delicious food and drinks, fun activities, and magical night shows at the theater. We enjoyed it so much that we extended our stay for an extra day.

− Nothing, everything was excellent.

Excellent

+ I would like to highlight the children’s animation program! We traveled with two children aged 4 and 6. The kids’ club on the hotel grounds is excellent! An interesting and varied program, themed activities, a LEGO club, drawing, clay modeling — everything was great! Since we stayed in April and the sea was still cold, a special bonus was the heated children’s water park and the indoor pool. In addition, I would like to commend the service: all our requests were fulfilled very quickly, such as bathrobes, smaller pillows, and a baby cot.

Excellent

+ Breakfast was delicious. A variety of food and drinks are served throughout the site. Every night there was a fun magic show or dance. This is a great place for families with children.

Nice place to go as family

+ Water slides are well maintained and good crowd management

− No fresh fruit juices

Very Good

+ The elite buildings are great for people looking for peace and quiet!

− The restaurant closed at 9pm for dinner which is just a little early
