BearPacker Patong Hostel is located on the beachfront in Patong Beach, a 3-minute walk from Patong Beach. Featuring a shared lounge, the 3-star hostel has air-conditioned rooms with free WiFi. The hostel provides an outdoor pool and a 24-hour front desk. The hostel has a sun terrace. Phuket International Airport is 21 miles away. The hostel is a shoe-free hostel. Guests are not allowed to wear shoes inside the building. For the dormitory rooms, the deposit payment of THB 500 per person for the key card and white towel is required upon check-in (cash only). This can be refundable upon check-out when the items are returned in a normal functioning condition. For Budget Single Room, Standard Room and Deluxe King Room, the deposit payment of THB 1,000 per person for the key card and white towel is required upon check-in (cash only). This can be refundable upon check-out when the items are returned in a normal functioning condition. Please bring your own padlock. If you want a padlock, it is available for rent or sale at reception. The air conditioning in the dormitory rooms will be turned on from 18:00 to 12:00. For safety purposes, visitors are not permitted in the hostel. Any unauthorized guests found in the hostel shall be ejected and additional charges may apply. Please be informed that we are currently carrying out renovation work in some areas of our property from now until the end of October. During this period, there may be some noise between 11:00 AM and 5:00 PM. property great, guests not so great
+ the property is good. good location. facilities. clean washroom.24 hr helpdesk. separate male/female toilets. nicely lit washrooms. hot water.
− too high price compared to other properties in the city. I paid same price for a private room for the other 2 days of my stay. staff should ensure the guests behave properly. in a shared dorm room they enter at 4-5 am, drunk, talking loudly. the rules of silence between 11pm to 8 am should be made clear.

+ Great rooftop view. It has most of the necessary facilities. The staff was nice.
− Bathroom shower door locks were broken. Not hot water on some of the showers. The bunk beds are the classic metal beds. The top bunk does not have a curtain that fully closes, so you don't get private, the bottom one does. There is this silly rule of no shoes inside, which in the beginning sounded reasonable and good but then you notice that everyone is bringing sand and hair inside so your feet get quite dirty. (The only place you are allowed to wear shoes is in the bathroom) . The room had no window. So I really think it deserves an 8/10

Decent hostel in Patong Beach, but quiet
+ t was fine overall — clean, decent location, and good value for money. It wasn’t super social, but people were friendly enough, so it worked well as a base rather than a party hostel.

Good. Stayed before and would stay again
+ 2nd time staying here, private room was expensive at the time but nicer than most hotel rooms. Busy location on the front. But chill relaxed yet social vibe if you wanted it. The staff were lovely.

Would 100% stay there again if in patong again
+ Had a private room, it was super small but it was all you need (i stayed 2 nights) I would love if they added a mirror into the private rooms that would be beneficial and especially for the price you pay for them it is a low cost addition. The rooftop pool and area is amazing to watch the sunset ! incredible addition

+ The personnel was very friendly and helpful. The room was very spacious and clean. We really appreciated that there were two pillows for each of us without having to ask. One of the best hostels I 've ever stayed at.
